Delivery & Returns policy

All orders are packed by hand. Packaging materials have been carefully selected to minimize carbon footprint:

• Our standard delivery boxes are bio-degradable and largely made of grass and grass clippings, harvested from fast-growing, environmentally friendly, and renewable resources*.
• The tape that is used to close the package is made from carton and is recyclable*.
• The soap bars are wrapped in grease proof wrapping paper and is recyclable**.
• The protective filling of the package is untreated wood wool, sourced from tree bark, bio-degradable, and made from fast-growing, environmentally friendly, and renewable resources by local forest companies.
• The card that comes with the box is made of recycled paper***

Deliveries

Packages are usually dispatched within 2-4 days after we have received the receipt of your order outside weekends, Dutch public holidays and school holidays (Utrecht region). The delivery period by KPN is estimated to be 1-2 working days. Shipping costs include packing, handling, and postage. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order to reduce shipping costs.

In principle, we deliver to addresses in the Netherlands only (contact us to discuss delivery options in your country).

Return Policy

If you want to return your order, we are always ready to help you! You can return your purchase undamaged, unpacked, and unused within 14 days. In exchange for the returned product, you will receive a refund of the purchase price (except for shipping costs). Please note that discounted items cannot be refunded, and items should not be unpacked, or show any visible signs of use. We do not bear responsibility in case the products get lost or damaged during shipping.

If you would like to return your order, then:

1. Let us know via debordesinfo@gmail.com which products you want to return and include the invoice of your purchase and possibly a picture of your purchase.
2. Return the package to the address shown on our contact page. If we have received the products in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within typically two to four working days.
